User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Tastes great and effective.
I mix the powder with about 10 ice cubes and a few cups of water and put it in the blender, and the shake is delicious. I can definitely see results from the powder–I put on about 7 pounds of muscle in 2 months, and I only work out 2 or 3 times a week. Excellent power–highly recommended.

4 Stars ditto
Very much the same experience as Thomas El. I used Hot Stuff in the early ’90′s and recall the definite pump and intensity and it seemed to contribute to real results whem combined with a solid routine. It definitely was an integral part of my routine. I just received a jar and like the taste, and notice a similar, if somewhat less intense experience. Time will tell as to its efficacy since I’ve just returned to training after a long time (too long). Recommended.

3 Stars used it in 1990
i agree with the other 2 oldtime users. Back in the nineties this was the real deal. this protein is very good for cutting fat, but i need more time to see if it really packs on the muscle. i’ve been using it for two weeks. the verdict is still out on this new product hotstuff.

4 Stars Good stuff but not as good as before
Hot stuff is a protein shake that use to be around over tens years ago. It was said that the product was banned by the FDA due to an illegal ingredient that made it very effective back then. In short the original company went out of business. Prior to that you could find this brand every where including GNC. Now it’s back with a new company and a lot less “Kick”. I use to take the old Hot Stuff some years ago and I can attest that this stuff was the real deal. It had every thing you could think of in terms of supplements, and this was prior to the FDA ban. I exprienced a much better pump and a longer workout that bordered along the insane. Some of the key ingredients, it was believed, were Ephedra and Andro/Nor to name a few. It tasted horrible but it was good stuff in terms of seeing results. Now however with FDA regulations Hot Stuff is back but it’s much “watered down”. It’s not as it was back in the day, but I can still see some results when stacked with other supplements (Animal Pak, BCAA’s, etc). It tastes better as well. Reading the label is not going to tell you how much of each ingredient was added. The whole key is having a good hard routine.
